Location: Sparta, WI Dual Hopper, (2) Approx 20' X 6' Three Layer Screen Decks, Electric Drive Screen Decks, Center Feeding, Approx 36" Top Screen Discharge Conveyor, Approx 36" Middle Screen Discharge Conveyor, Approx 48" Bottom Discharge Conveyor, (2) Approx 28" Rear Sand Discharge Conveyors, Front Approx 60" Sand Discharge Conveyor W/ Folding Chute, 480V Control Panel, Honda GX240 Gasoline Pony Motor, (6) Hydraulic Stabilizers, (3) Axles Plus Air Lift Pusher Axle, 11R22.5 Tires SN:ASE02035 Seller's Notes: Recent Work:7/25/26 - Replaced 3 bearings, middle shaft, taper lock, spindles and seals. 7/22/26 Wheel bearing failed, removed axle and welded new spindle on, Replace brakes and bearing on the rear axle 7/16/21installed hyd tie off poles 4/9/18 Fabricated two feed plate liners for screen deck. 1/8/18: -Fabricate new frame to mount electric motor on to raise them up. Raise them up to a 15 degree angle from center line to center of motor and screen sheave. 5/31/17 Remove old screen boxes. Remove discharge lip and re-work to mount on Cedar Rapids screen box. Install new spring mounts for new boxes. Weld new plates under screen to flow into conveyors. Installed new drive belts and sheaves. Rework belt guards. Angles support frame under top conveyor to slide in and out. Remove expanded metal around screen box. Install new floor plate on walk way. 2/20/17 REPLACED BEARINGS, SEALS, AND OUTPUT HUB. 1/12/17 -REMOVE SCREEN BOXES FROM FRAME. REPAIR FLOP DOORS ON ENDS OF SCREEN BOXES CHUTES. REPLACE LINERS ON FLOP DOORS. REPLACE LINERS ON ENDS OF SCREEN BOXES AND FEED PLATE LINERS ON BOXES. REBUILD TWIN CONVEYOR DISCHARGE HEAD PULLEY AND MOTOR MOUNTS. REWORK DIRT HAWG BRACKETS ON REAR CONVEYOR. REMOVE REAR HOPPER PLATE ON 60 INCH DISCHARGE BELT. REPLACE REAR PLATE AND FABRICATE NEW MOUNT FOR VIBRATOR ON REAR PLATE. REPAIR ALL 3 CROSS CONVEYORS IN CENTER OF SCREEN DECKS. INSTALL NEW WEAR COVERS OVER TOP OF SCREEN TOP ECCRENTIC DRIVE UNIT. REINSTALL BOXES BACK ON SCREEN FRAME. 9/19/16 Fabricated 2 liners for feed plate on screed deck. 9/19/16 Replace rear hitch on screen deck. To adapt to black dolleys. 7/5/16 Remove old liner and install new liners on discharge lips of screen deck. 5/16/16 Fabricated 2 discharge lip liner for Tandem screen deck 3/8" AR400 plate. 4/18/16 Remove old screw jack and install new one in front legs of screen plant. Inspection by appointment only. Call ISA Rep, 715-551-2181.
