TERMS:   Buyer's Premium: 10% buyer's premium capped at $1500 per item. (For example: If you purchase a piece at $50,000, your buyer's premium on that lot would be $1,500)   All announcements made on the day of the auction from the auction block take precedent over printed or electronically produced media.    Payment, Pickup & Shipping Terms:  Payment Info: Accepted methods of payment are cash, cashier's check, wire transfer, credit card will be accepted on purchases under $2500 (a 4% convenience fee added to the total invoice price of all credit card purchases) or personal/business check accompanied with a bank letter of guarantee addressed to Butler Auctioneers LLC for checks over $5,000 if the buyer is not known by the auction company. All fees incurred by wired transfers will be paid by the purchaser. All payments must be paid in full within 3 business days of the end of the auction. If items are not paid for within the specified payment dates, Butler Auctioneers LLC has the authority to charge the credit card on file for any outstanding invoices, including storage fees.   Pickup: All Items must be removed no later than October 3rd, 2026, by 12:00pm Central time, unless other arrangements have been made with the auction company. Items cannot be removed until full purchase price has been paid. All items left over night will be full responsibility of the buyers. All items not removed by October 3rd, 2026, at 12:00pm central time will be charged a $20 per item, per day fee without prior arrangements being made with the auction company. Any items not picked up by the last scheduled pickup day without arrangements being made with the auction company will be considered abandoned and resold with the auction company retaining all proceeds from the resale of the item.     TITLE TRANSFERS: All titles must be transferred before taking possession of items unless out of state or a dealer. Contact Butler Auctioneers LLC within 24 hours of the conclusion of the auction to schedule a time to transfer titled vehicles. Vehicles must have insurance before being driven from the location. Titles will be mailed to out of state buyers.    SALES TAX: Kentucky Sales Tax (6%) will be added to the sale price. Dealers or other exempt parties must provide proper documentation to the Auctioneer. Credit Card Terms: We accept Visa, Master Card & Discover.
